1. If you notify SBA prior to being assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration and volunteer deposit in full, less any credit card processing fee.
2. If you notify SBA after being assigned to a team but before the first practice, SBA will issue a 50% refund of registration and full volunteer deposit.
3. If you notify SBA after the first practice, SBA will not issue a refund of either the registration or volunteer deposit.

At no point, will any refund be given if the player or their relative has been dismissed or suspended due to unsportsmanlike behavior or failure to comply with behavior guidelines. 

*Participants who sustain an injury prior to the start of the season will only be granted a refund with supporting documentation from a physician. If documentation from a physician is not provided, no refund will be given. Any injury that occurs during the season does not qualify for a refund of any amount.

No refunds, regardless of the date, will be granted if a person attempts to register providing fraudulent data. Example: Date Of Birth, Wrong address, etc. 

Approved refunds will be processed no later than 30 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE CURRENT SEASON.

SBA, the SBA Board and the SBA Executive Committee reserve the right to modify, amend or eliminate any of the provisions contained in this Fee/Refund Policy at any time. Communication of such changes will be available only on the SBA website.

Sandwich Baseball Association is ready and willing to help any family in financial need. No child will be denied entry to our league due to financial hardship. Please send an email to our league President, and they will contact you to arrange financial assistance. Any communication with the league President on this subject will be in the strictest of confidence.

Due to our Balanced Team philosophy, we are not able to honor special requests.
